DEPORTATION DEFENSE

The first thing you want to do is file for a bond hearing with the Immigration Court.  The Immigration Judge will make a determination as to the amount of the bond, if granted.

It’s better to fight your case while you’re out on bond with your loved ones than to be detained and awaiting trial.
